It is true that omega 3 fatty acids offer a wide range of amazing health benefits. But as with all drugs and nutritional supplements, omega 3 must be taken in the right quantities. Mega-dosing on the omega-3 is not only useless, but it may also prove to be harmful to your health. So what is the correct dose Omega3?
