How to get rid of body acne?

I have a lot of body acne. On my shoulders, back, arms and legs. This prevents me from wearing the summer of clothing. I've tried acne scrubs but they seem not to work for my body acne. Has anyone suggestions on how to dispose of it?

If you of an era to take Accutane, it will clear your entire body. It will delete / all scars. If you are planning to become pregnant anytime soon, do not take this medication. My son had eczema on his body. He received Accutane, and it went away, forever! He is 37 now, and he took it when he was 15 years old. It can be expensive.
